The 2025-26 figures are interim and unaudited, and they will be revised when the audited report is published. The highest PGPM package of Rs. 44.98 LPA in that cycle includes the value of stock options. Recruiters that visited the campus in recent years include Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Microsoft, HSBC, Cognizant, Godrej, Standard Chartered, L&T, Mahindra and TVS.
Summer internships last about two months and take place between the second and third terms. In the 2024-25 season more than 150 companies took part, including about 50 first-time recruiters, with the highest stipend at Rs. 3.5 lakh for PGPM and Rs. 2 lakh for PGPM-HR. Public-sector organisations such as GAIL, CPCL, VOC Port and IREDA have also recruited from the campus, and students with disabilities have received offers through a partnership with Atypical Advantage.
Students prepare for placements through case-based coursework, live projects, mock interviews, alumni talks and the Daksha leadership conclave and Lakshya guest-lecture series, which bring industry leaders to campus. Because average packages move with the market and with the mix of roles chosen by each batch, applicants should look at the median and at several years of data rather than at the single highest offer. The PGPBM does not offer formal placement assistance because its participants are already employed.
Role-wise outcomes are described on the placements and careers page, and the cost of the programme is set out on the fees page.
