The academic portfolio is built around the two-year, full-time, residential Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM), which awards an MBA, and the Post Graduate Programme in Management - Human Resources (PGPM-HR), an HR-focused MBA. Working professionals can join the Post Graduate Programme in Business Management (PGPBM), a 21-month weekend programme taught in person at the Chennai Campus. Researchers can pursue the full-time Doctoral Programme in Management (DPM) or the part-time Executive Doctoral Programme for senior practitioners. The campus is fully residential. It offers eight hostel blocks, including a block reserved for women and a tower of 328 air-conditioned rooms, a Learning Resource Centre with major business databases, a Finance Lab equipped with a Bloomberg Terminal, a Behavioural Lab for experimental research, and a sports complex with a swimming pool, football and cricket grounds and indoor courts. Learning is anchored in the case method, peer learning, simulations, live projects and the Make A Difference social outreach project, and students spend about two months on a summer internship between the second and third terms.
