About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing activities across various digital channels to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Search Console.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and copywriting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and self-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage the company's social media presence through content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Perform SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building.
- Support SEM and PPC campaigns, including budget tracking and performance monitoring.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to develop marketing creatives and content.
- Assist with website updates, landing pages, and basic CMS/WordPress management.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
HR Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resource team. The candidate will assist in various HR activities, including recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance management, and maintaining employee records. The intern will also support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources and recruitment processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle employee and candidate information confidentially.
