Indian Institute of Management Udaipur - Overview

The academic portfolio of IIM Udaipur covers the flagship two-year full-time residential MBA, the one-year full-time MBAs in Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) and Digital Enterprise Management (DEM) for professionals with at least 36 months of work experience, a two-year online Executive MBA with on-campus residencies, a four-year online and bilingual BBA that was launched in March 2026, a fully funded five-year Doctoral Programme in Management, and an Executive PhD offered with the Fox School of Business at Temple University. The fee picture differs sharply across programmes. The two-year MBA for the 2026-28 batch costs Rs. 22,51,258 in total, made up of Rs. 11,92,508 in the first year, including the Rs. 1,00,000 offer acceptance fee, and Rs. 10,58,750 in the second year, with hostel and mess charges included. The one-year GSCM and DEM programmes carry a grand total of Rs. 23,17,260 for Academic Year 2026-27 plus a Rs. 5,000 alumni fee. Life on the Balicha campus is fully residential for the full-time programmes. The campus has 21 classrooms with a combined seating capacity of 1,333, a 330-seat auditorium, a 24x7 air-conditioned Learning Centre seating 200 students, hostel blocks with 718 standard rooms and 124 executive rooms, 10 student common rooms, an air-conditioned dining area for 400 students, an indoor sports complex and a 24x7 primary health centre with an ambulance. Admission to the two-year MBA is through IIM Udaipur's own process, which sits outside the IIM Common Admission Process. Candidates need a valid CAT score and must meet category-wise overall and sectional percentile cut-offs to register, after which shortlisted candidates attend a Personal Interview and the final merit list weighs the normalised CAT score at 55 percent, the interview at 25 percent and the profile at 20 percent.
