Active NSS (National Service Scheme) unit conducting health camps including adoption of the village Yerla for comprehensive health care. Regular Yoga classes for students. A central library with a comprehensive collection of Ayurvedic classical and modern health science texts. The college also runs the Karn Badhiry (Hearing Impairment) Tapasni Shibir and free Rognidan & Chikitsa Shibirs (community diagnostic and treatment camps) as part of its social health mission.

The college building provides adequate space for all 14 NCISM-prescribed BAMS departments, each with its own laboratory, museum, dissection hall (Rachana Sharir), and departmental library. A large seminar hall is equipped with Smart Board, LCD projector, and high-quality sound system for guest lectures, CME, and academic events. The medium of instruction is Hindi, Marathi, English, and Sanskrit.

The attached teaching hospital was established in 1949 and formally inaugurated on 1st January 1950 by India's first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru in the presence of President Dr. Rajendra Prasad. It provides clinical training across all Ayurvedic specialities Kayachikitsa, Shalya Tantra (with Ksharkarma, Agnikarma, Jalaukakarma, anorectal conditions), Shalakya Tantra, Stirog & Prasuti Tantra, Balrog, Panchakarma, Swasthavritta, and Agadtantra alongside X-Ray and Central Pathology investigation facilities. The Smt. Laxmidevi Bajaj Research OPD (est. 1989) and Shri Gangabisanji Vyas Research IPD (est. 1998) provide additional research-integrated clinical services at nominal fees.
