Required documents at BAMS reporting: NEET UG scorecard; 10th and 12th mark sheets and passing certificates; Transfer Certificate; Migration Certificate (for students from outside Maharashtra); Domicile Certificate (Maharashtra state quota); Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if applicable); Physical Fitness Certificate; passport-size photographs; Seat Allotment Letter from AACCC or Maharashtra CET Cell. For MD/MS: additionally BAMS degree certificate, internship completion certificate, and AIAPGET scorecard. Fee by DD in favour of 'Principal, Shri Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur' from a Nationalised Bank as per fee structure PDF.
