Nirma University Courses

Offered by the Institute of Management with the same fee structure as the MBA programme.
Passed HSC (10+2) examination or equivalent with not less than 45% aggregate marks. Candidate must compulsorily appear for CLAT. Admission based on inter se All-India merit rank of CLAT. Offered by the Institute of Law.
Three-year bachelor's degree (10+2+3) or equivalent in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognised university. Class XII Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a single recognised board, minimum 60% aggregate marks at first attempt. Selection via Admission Test (Paper-I of JEE Main 2026, 50% weightage), Personal Interview (30%) and academic performance (20%). Jointly offered by the Institute of Technology (Years 1-3) and Institute of Management (Years 4-5, postgraduate MBA phase).
Passed HSC (10+2) examination (or equivalent) with English as a subject along with at least one of Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics, and a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. No entrance exam; admission purely on 12th Standard merit. There is no management quota and no reservation/quota beyond the NRI and international supernumerary categories. Offered by the Institute of Commerce.
Class XII Science stream from a single recognised board with Physics and Mathematics compulsory along with Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Information Practice or a Technical Vocational subject (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are compulsory for Chemical, Civil and Mechanical Engineering), with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks for General category and 40% for reserved categories. All-India Category seats (60% of intake) are filled via All-India Rank (CRL) in Paper-I of JEE (Main) 2026; State Quota seats (ACPC, GoG) are filled separately through ACPC, Gujarat on the basis of 12th board result and GUJCET.

The B.Tech programme is delivered through the School of Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical) and the School of Technology (Computer Science, CSE-AIML, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Instrumentation, and VLSI Design). Students choose a Major and can add a Minor from a wide list of options. Eligibility requires Class 12 Science with Physics and Mathematics, with a minimum of 45 percent marks for General category candidates. The annual tuition for 2026-27 is Rs. 2,75,000, and the first-year outlay including other fees and refundable deposit is Rs. 2,94,700. Students can compare the course fee structure across programmes before deciding.
The Institute of Management runs a two-year residential MBA with a tuition fee of Rs. 6,40,000 per annum for 2026-27, along with MBA (HRM) on the same fee structure. The MBA in Family Business and Entrepreneurship carries a tuition of Rs. 5,12,000 per annum and is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and members of business families. The Global MBA lets students study the first year at Nirma University and the second year at a partner university in the United States, earning an MS degree from the partner university and an MBA (Global Management) degree from Nirma University. The five-year Integrated B.Tech-MBA blends three years of engineering with two years of management.
The Institute of Law offers three five-year integrated honours degrees, namely B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B. and B.Com. LL.B., all admitted through CLAT with a minimum of 45 percent in Class 12. The Institute of Commerce offers the four-year B.Com. (Hons.) aligned with NEP 2020, with a minor specialisation in BFSI, Economics, Data Analytics or Marketing and three compulsory internships. Eligibility requires 60 percent or more in Class 12 with English and one of Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics. Applicants should read the current admission eligibility criteria of the institute they are targeting.
Beyond these programmes, Nirma University also runs courses through the Institute of Pharmacy, the Institute of Architecture and Planning, the Institute of Diploma Studies, the School of Science and the School of Arts, while doctoral research is offered through the Faculty of Doctoral Studies and Research. The Institute of International Study additionally offers dual degree pathways in which students spend the first two years at Nirma University and the final two years at a partner university abroad.
