Yes. IIT Jodhpur has 17 hostels (13 boys' and 3 girls' hostels plus a married students' facility) with a residential capacity of 4,000 students. All rooms are air-conditioned, furnished, and connected via LAN and WiFi. Annual hostel charges are approximately INR 38,000.

The B.Tech fee at IIT Jodhpur depends on family income. For students with income above INR 5 lakh, the tuition fee is INR 1,00,000 per semester plus semester fee of INR 27,250 and mess charges of INR 19,000. For income between INR 1–5 lakh, tuition is reduced to INR 33,333 per semester. For income below INR 1 lakh and for all SC/ST/PwD students, tuition is completely waived. One-time fees (admission: INR 3,800, refundable deposit: INR 8,000, convocation: INR 3,000) are also charged at first-semester registration.
