IIM Jammu offers programmes at the doctoral, postgraduate, integrated and undergraduate levels, giving candidates from different academic backgrounds a route into management education. The flagship offering is the two-year full-time residential Master of Business Administration (MBA), organised in six terms with a sanctioned intake of 420 seats. Students study core management subjects in the first year and choose electives in Finance, Marketing, OB & HRM, IT Systems & Analytics, Operations, Economics and Strategy in the second year. A credit-bearing summer internship of 8 to 10 weeks between the first and second year links classroom learning to real organisations.

Courses Offered at IIM Jammu
The MBA fee for the 2026-28 batch is INR 11,37,378 for Year I and INR 11,43,378 for Year II, taking the total programme fee to INR 22,80,756. Year I includes tuition of INR 7,18,905 plus other academic and non-academic expenses of INR 4,18,473, while Year II includes the same tuition plus INR 4,24,473 of other expenses. The Integrated Program in Management is a five-year residential programme in which Years I to III form the foundation or BBA stage and Years IV and V form the MBA stage. The first three years cost INR 20,38,272 in total (INR 6,77,424 + INR 6,77,424 + INR 6,83,424), inclusive of tuition, shared hostel accommodation and other academic expenses, with mess and energy charges billed separately. The MBA stage is charged at the prevailing MBA fee, which brings the estimated five-year total to approximately INR 43,19,028.
The Executive MBA is designed for professionals with at least three years of full-time work experience and combines on-campus immersion with online delivery. Its fee is INR 5,83,175 in Year I and INR 5,89,475 in Year II, with optional hostel charges of about INR 80,000 per semester where availed. The PhD programme is fully funded: tuition is waived and scholars receive a monthly stipend of INR 55,000 in the first two years, rising to INR 60,000 after the comprehensive examination, with support of up to INR 2,00,000 for conferences and a one-time laptop grant.
Eligibility differs by programme. The MBA requires a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50 percent marks (45 percent for SC/ST/PwD candidates) and a valid CAT score, while the IPM requires a pass in Class XII with at least 60 percent in both Class X and Class XII.
