10+2 PCB & English; 50% marks (40% SC/ST/OBC); NEET UG; age ≥ 17 by Dec 31; Hepatitis-B vaccination before admission
Admission Process
Government Quota (GQ): Register at tnmedicalselection.net. Pay ₹500 (SC/SCA/ST exempt); upload docs; choice fill; allotment (Round 1, 2, Mop-Up, Stray Vacancy). Management Quota (MQ): Register at tnmedicalselection.net (₹1,000 registration fee); participate in MQ counselling. NRI Quota: ₹5,000 registration fee. Documents: NEET scorecard, 10+2 marksheets, nativity certificate (TN), photo ID, community certificate, Hepatitis-B vaccination certificate (Annexure-V). All India students eligible for MQ. For PG: NEET PG + TN DME counselling.
