Rankings, Accreditation and Recognition of IIM Rohtak
| Ranking or Accreditation | Detail |

| NIRF 2025, Management | Rank 19 |
| NIRF 2024, Management | Rank 18 |

| AACSB | Institutional member |
The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), published by the Ministry of Education, places IIM Rohtak at rank 19 in the Management category in 2025, following rank 18 in 2024. NIRF assesses institutions on parameters such as teaching and learning resources, research and professional practice, graduation outcomes, outreach and inclusivity, and perception. A change of one or two places from year to year is normal and does not always reflect a change in quality, so students should look at the trend over several years.
At the international level, IIM Rohtak is accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA), which reviews the quality of MBA programmes, faculty, student support and employability outcomes. The institute is also an institutional member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Membership and accreditation of this type show that the institute follows global practices in curriculum design, assurance of learning and continuous improvement.
Rankings should be read together with other factors such as the curriculum, the faculty, the learning environment, the cost of the programme and the placement record. For example, a student comparing the PGP at IIM Rohtak with other business schools should consider the programme fee of Rs 8,95,000 per year, the total cost of Rs 20,02,500 including mess and other charges, the quality of peers in the batch, and the career path that the student wants to follow.
Rank positions and accreditation status can change, so students should check the official website of the institute and the ranking agencies for the most recent information before making a final decision. The statutory status of the institute under the IIM Act, however, remains the basis of the value of its degrees.
