D.B. Hospital, Churu, located on Pankha Road about 1 km from the college, is the main teaching hospital. It is a 300+ bed tertiary care hospital providing free treatment to BPL, Bhamashah, and other government scheme beneficiaries. It includes a central lab, blood bank, CT scan, and post-mortem facility.

Admission is through NEET UG scores. State quota seats (85%) are filled through the Rajasthan NEET UG counselling portal at rajugneet2025.com, conducted by the NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board, Jaipur. AIQ seats (15%) are filled through MCC NEET UG counselling at mcc.nic.in.
