Step 4: Receive seat allotment based on NEET rank, category, and availability. Step 5: Report to college with original documents (NEET scorecard, 10th & 12th marksheets, ID proof – Voter/Aadhaar/Passport, domicile certificate, character certificate, caste certificate if applicable, 8–12 passport photographs).
