The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, has released the revised provisional selection list for Round 3 of Assam NEET UG Counselling 2026. The list, issued with an admission notice dated October 12, 2026, covers admission to first-year MBBS and BDS courses under the Assam State Quota in government medical and dental colleges for the 2026 session.
Selected candidates must report to their colleges on October 13 and 14, 2026, according to reports on the schedule. The 162-page PDF lists each candidate's NEET roll number, NEET rank and score, DME application number, state rank, category and allotted college.
Assam NEET UG Round 3 Revised Selection List: Latest Update
The document is titled the Provisional Selection List of Candidates (Round 3) for Assam State Quota, drawn from the Assam NEET UG 2026 Provisional Merit List. It is marked Revised, which means it replaces the earlier Round 3 result. It is still provisional, so a place on the list does not by itself confirm admission.
Selection is subject to fulfilment of all required documents— DME Assam, Round 3 revised provisional selection list
What the Merit List Shows
- The list runs to 3,270 serial numbers, arranged in order of the state merit list.
- About 1,759 entries show a college against the candidate's name, while the other 1,511 carry NA, which the list defines as Choice Not Available.
- The first entry is a candidate with NEET rank 4,045, a score of 626 and state rank 32.
- Entries are tagged by category, such as EWS, OBC/MOBC (NCL), SC, ST (Plains and Hills), PwD and other special categories.
- The PDF does not say how many of the selected candidates are new in Round 3, so figures should not be read as fresh seats.
