Step 3: Choice fill → Seat allotment (Round 1, 2, Mop-Up, Stray). Step 4: Report to SRM MCHRC with originals + pay fees. No TN domicile needed. No SC/ST/OBC/EWS reservation. Documents: NEET scorecard, 10th/12th certs, TC, study proof, PAN+Aadhar (candidate + guardian), NRI docs (if applicable), 8 passport photos, MBBS cert (PG), internship cert (PG). Bond: compulsory service after MBBS/PG. NExT from 2024 batch.
