The Sri Sai Ayurvedic Hospital at the Mansarovar Campus, Bhopal, has been operational since 2013 — four years before the college was established in 2017. This gives the college immediate access to a clinically mature, well-staffed 100-bed hospital with years of patient load and operational experience.

Yes. Separate hostels for boys and girls are available within the Mansarovar Campus, with a combined capacity of 300 students. The girls' hostel is a 3-floor building with 11–12 rooms per floor, each accommodating 3 students. Facilities include in-house vegetarian mess, 24×7 multi-cuisine canteen, indoor/outdoor sports (Lawn Tennis, Basketball, Badminton, Cricket), Yoga Hall (1,000-person capacity), 24-hour hot water, central RO water plant, and 24-hour medical assistance. One warden for boys and two wardens for girls.
