State Quota (85%): Register at dme.assam.gov.in. Online counselling per Assam MBBS/BDS Rules 2017 (revised 2023). AIQ (15%): via MCC (mcc.nic.in). PG: NEET PG + MCC/DME Assam. Option fill → Lock → Seat allotment → Document verification → Reporting with originals. Bond: compulsory rural service (penalty if skipped). No management or NRI quota.
