District Government Hospital Shivpuri, a 300-bed multi-specialty teaching hospital (being upgraded to 600 beds), provides clinical training in medicine, surgery, paediatrics, OBG, ENT, ophthalmology, and orthopaedics.

Besides MBBS, GMC Shivpuri offers B.Sc. BMLT (Medical Laboratory Technology), 3 UG Diploma specializations, and PG programs (MD Pharmacology, MS Orthopaedics, and PG Diplomas). Admissions for non-MBBS courses via respective state counselling bodies.
