10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology from a recognized board with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories); valid NEET UG score

Step 1: Appear for NEET UG and obtain a valid scorecard. Step 2: Register for Gujarat state AYUSH counselling through ACPUGMEC under the Government of Gujarat. Step 3: Participate in online choice filling and seat allotment rounds based on NEET UG rank, preferences, category, and seat availability. Step 4: Upon seat allotment, report to the institute with original documents for verification as per the published State Quota admission document checklist. Step 5: Complete admission formalities by submitting required documents and paying the prescribed programme fee within the stipulated deadline.
