Minimum 50% marks in 10+2 (PCB) for General category; 45% for OBC; 40% for SC/ST. Minimum age 17 years as of 31st December of admission year. Valid NEET-UG scorecard mandatory.

Admission is conducted through ACPUGMEC (Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Education Courses), Gujarat. Candidates must register online on the ACPUGMEC portal after NEET-UG result declaration. Seat allotment is done in multiple rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round) based on NEET-UG merit and category. After seat allotment, candidates must report to the college with original documents for verification and fee payment within the stipulated time. Documents required: NEET-UG scorecard, 10th & 12th marksheets, domicile certificate, category certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar card, and passport-size photographs.
