Sanskriti University, Mathura, established in 2016 under the Uttar Pradesh Private University Act (notified via The Sanskriti University, Chhata, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh Act, 2016), is a private, multidisciplinary university spread over 40+ acres on NH-2, Chhata, on the Mathura-Delhi Highway — about 57 km from Delhi NCR. The University is recognised by the UGC under Section 2(f) with degree-granting powers under Section 22(1) of the UGC Act, 1956, and is NAAC accredited. It is a professional member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU, UK), and holds approvals from AICTE, BCI, PCI, NCTE, RCI, NCISM, ICAR and other statutory councils as applicable to its programmes; it is also ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21001:2018 certified.
