Yes. After completing the MBBS programme and internship at PIMS Loni, graduates must serve a compulsory rural service bond as mandated by the Maharashtra government and as per the institutional bond agreement signed at admission. PG (MD/MS) graduates are also required to fulfil a compulsory service obligation post-completion. Failure to do so requires payment of the stipulated penalty mentioned in the bond agreement.
