State Quota (85%): Register at dme.assam.gov.in. Online counselling per Assam Rules 2017 (revised 2023). MBBS Admission Form (AY 2025-26) download from official website nalbarimcassam.org. AIQ (15%): via MCC. Option fill → Lock → Seat allotment → Document verification → Reporting. Bond: compulsory rural service. Foreign Medical Graduate Interns: apply for stipend as per official notice.
