17 years of age as of December 31 of the admission year. Minimum 50% marks in 10+2 (PCB) for UR and 40% for reserved categories.

Admission is granted strictly based on the NEET-UG examination scores. Candidates must register and participate in the state-level counseling conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Under Graduate Medical Courses (ACPUGMEC), Government of Gujarat.
