MNR Medical College & Hospital (MNRMCH), Sangareddy, established in 2000 (initial intake 100 seats, expanded to 150) by the MNR Educational Trust (founded 1974 by Sri M. N. Raju), is the first and only privately-managed medical college hospital in Sangareddy District, Telangana. Located at Fasalwadi, Narsapur Road, Sangareddy, MNRMCH is NAAC 'A' Grade accredited, NMC recognised, and affiliated with KNRUHS. It ranked in the 101–150 band of NIRF 2021. MNRMCH is 68 km from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (via ORR, ~1 hour), 72 km from Secunderabad Junction, and 6.7 km from Sangareddy New Bus Stand. The campus features an ultramodern academic building with department-wise lecture galleries, labs, demo rooms, research labs, and libraries; a full-fledged communication center; a 1,400-seat auditorium; conference hall; canteen & dining halls; vast playgrounds; and an administration block. Library: 13,200+ books, 120 journals (80+ Indian, 40+ foreign). MNR MCH has 5 lecture theatres: 2 × 180 seats, 1 × 120 seats, 1 × 250 seats; hospital lecture hall: 200 seats. E-learning centre with electronic and communication media. The teaching hospital (760-bed multispecialty) ensures strong clinical training. Offers 150 MBBS + 93 PG MD/MS seats in 20 departments + Diploma courses. During NEET 2021–2024, 31 candidates received allotment.
