Medi-Caps University Indore offers a layered scholarship policy that combines board-topper awards, merit-based fee concessions, MU-SAT and MLAT scholarships, special category benefits and government scholarships. Because several schemes apply only in the first year or only to students who meet specific score or attendance conditions, it is useful to understand the structure before choosing an admission route.

The Meritorious Scholarship halves the tuition fee for students scoring 95 percent or more, and the MU-SAT and MLAT scholarships range from the Chancellor's Scholarship for the first-rank holder to 25 percent for scores above 95 percent and 10 percent for scores between 90 and 95 percent. MU-SAT and MLAT scholarships apply in the first year only, and the number of awards depends on merit and approval of the Vice-Chancellor.
Continuation from the second year on the board topper, district topper, meritorious and under-privileged schemes requires a minimum CGPA of 8.5 to 9, attendance above 85 to 90 percent, good conduct and participation in at least one university club. A candidate eligible for more than one scholarship can avail only one, and scholarships are released after submission of the original transfer certificate and migration certificate.
Government scholarships for SC, ST, OBC and other eligible categories are separate and must be applied for on the relevant central or state portal within the annual deadline, and the university assists with documentation. Families should compare the net cost after concessions with the expected salary. Detailed course-wise amounts are available on the fee structure page, and the admission process page explains how the entrance tests affect eligibility.
