Step 1: Qualify NEET UG → Step 2: AIQ (46 seats): MCC (mcc.nic.in); SQ (50 seats): CET Cell Maharashtra (cetcell.mahacet.org); Central Pool (4 seats): Govt. of India MoHFW (Nirman Bhavan); NRI/IQ: Contact college → Step 3: Document e-scrutiny → Step 4: Fill preferences → Step 5: CAP rounds → Step 6: ⚠️ Appear for MGIMS Aptitude Test on Gandhian Thoughts → Step 7: Report to MGIMS at P.O. Sevagram, Wardha — 442102 → Step 8: Pay fees via DD. Documents: NEET scorecard + admit card, HSC/12th + SLC, Class 10 marksheet, Caste Certificate + Caste Verification (Annexure-3), OBC-NCL, EWS Certificate, Photo ID, 8 passport-size photos, Medical Fitness Certificate (Annexure-H), Online Counselling Registration Certificate, Sponsorship Certificate (in-service). PG extra: MBBS degree + marksheet, Medical Registration Certificate, Internship Completion Certificate, NEET PG Scorecard. NRI: Notarized family tree + sponsorship affidavit + NRI passport/visa.
