10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology; minimum 50% marks for General/OBC (40% for SC/ST); minimum age 17 years; valid NEET UG score

Step 1: Qualify NEET UG conducted by NTA. Step 2: Register for Gujarat Ayush NEET Counselling through the ACPUGMEC portal for State Quota seats (85%), or register on AACCC for All India Quota seats (15%). Step 3: Fill and lock college preferences. Step 4: Receive seat allotment based on NEET rank, category, and availability. Step 5: Report to the college with original documents (NEET scorecard, Class 10 & 12 marksheets, domicile certificate, identity proof, caste certificate if applicable, passport photographs). Step 6: Pay the prescribed fee to confirm admission.
