10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology; NEET-UG qualifying score mandatory; minimum qualifying marks of 144 (General) and 113 (SC/ST/OBC) for NEET 2025; admission to the first year is provisional, subject to approval by RGUHS Bangalore; out-of-state students must obtain an Eligibility Certificate from RGUHS within the admission deadline

Admissions are conducted through the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) AYUSH NEET Counselling for All India Quota, State Government Quota, Management Quota, and NRI seats, based on NEET-UG merit. An application fee of INR 1,000 is charged, with the application form available for download from the official website. Fee structure is communicated to candidates at the time of interview, as prescribed by the Government and Fee Regulatory Committee from time to time.
