Spacious playground on campus. Cultural and sports activities organized annually. The campus is close to Koppal city's heritage — Anantagiri Fort, Kuknoor temples — and Hampi (65 km, UNESCO World Heritage Site), Tungabhadra dam, and the historical Vijayanagara region for weekend exploration.

Campus Building Blocks (25 acres)
25-acre campus with separate department blocks for pre-clinical (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry), para-clinical (Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine), and clinical departments. 4 air-conditioned lecture hall complexes, 1 separate auditorium (1,000-seat capacity), examination halls, demonstration rooms, common rooms for boys and girls, spacious playground, and staff quarters.

Hostels
Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls within the 25-acre campus. Furnished rooms with basic amenities, mess/canteen, 24×7 water and electricity, security, warden supervision, and study areas.

KIMS Koppal Teaching Hospital (650–750+ beds)
A dedicated 650–750+ bedded multi-specialty teaching hospital purpose-built for the medical college (separate from the district hospital), treating over 1,000 OPD patients daily with 24×7 emergency services. Facilities: Medical and Surgical ICUs, Neonatal ICU, OT complex (multiple operation theatres), Blood Bank, Radiology (X-Ray, USG, CT, 2D Echo/Cardiology), Central Lab, Pharmacy, and comprehensive clinical departments including General Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatrics, OBG, Orthopaedics, Dermatology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Anaesthesiology, Radio Diagnosis, Psychiatry, Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine, and Neurology. Affiliated MCH (Maternal and Child Health) Hospital also co-located on campus for OBG and Paediatric training.
