KIMS has separate hostels for: Boys (MBBS UG), Girls (MBBS UG), Interns, PG Residents, and Staff Nurses — five distinct hostel categories. First-year MBBS: hostel is compulsory. UG Hostel fee: 2-bedded AC ₹1,40,000/year; one-time admission ₹15,000. PG Resident hostel: single AC ₹2,20,000/year; one-time ₹15,000. Each hostel has 24-hour reading room, indoor/outdoor games, and 24-hour wireless internet/intranet.

Four air-conditioned lecture halls for 180 students each — designed per international standards with LCD projectors and sophisticated audio-visual teaching aids. Every KIMS department has its own demo rooms with adequate AV facilities. Well-equipped pre-clinical and para-clinical labs.
