The BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) course at JSSAMC is of 5.5 years duration, comprising 4.5 years of academic study across four professional years and a mandatory one-year compulsory rotating internship.
The total academic fee for the BAMS course is approximately INR 12.5 Lakhs for the entire programme, with an annual fee of INR 2,50,000 as per the AY 2025-26 fee structure. Additionally, hostel fees are approximately INR 85,700 per year.
