10+2 with PCB & English; 50% marks; NEET UG; age ≥ 17 (max 25, +3 yrs SC/ST/OBC); Assam domicile ≥ 20 years for state quota
Admission Process
State Quota (85%): Register at dme.assam.gov.in. Online counselling per Assam Rules 2017 (revised 2023). AIQ (15%): via MCC. GNM/ANM: SSUHS CEE. Students MUST join at least 2 college societies: Photographic Society (₹500), Debating & Declamation (₹500), Dramatics & Cultural (₹500), Environment & Plantation (₹500), Literary Society (₹500), Film Society (₹500). Hostel: ₹1,000 admission + ₹2,500 mess advance; ₹1,300–1,800/month.

Swahid Kushal Konwar Path (NH-37), Barbheta, Jorhat – 785001. Jorhat Airport (JRH) 6 km from city. Jorhat RS 3 km. NEET 2024 AIQ General closing rank: 23,375. No other medical college in Jorhat. Bond: compulsory rural service (penalty if skipped).
