Admission Process at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised Indian university with a minimum of 50 percent marks or an equivalent CGPA. Final-year students can apply on a provisional basis if they can submit proof of graduation by 1 October 2026. A valid score in one of the accepted entrance tests is also compulsory: CAT 2025, XAT 2026, CMAT, MAT or GMAT.

The aptitude score carries the largest share at 45 percent, so a good score in CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT or GMAT remains the most important factor. The personal interview contributes another 25 percent, and the academic record carries 15 percent. Case analysis accounts for 10 percent, while work experience and extra-curricular activities carry 3 percent and diversity carries 2 percent. Only shortlisted candidates are invited for the case analysis and personal interview rounds.

Once selected, the PGDM Batch 2026-28 fee of INR 14,75,000 is payable in six trimester instalments, with INR 7,50,000 falling in Year 1 and INR 7,25,000 in Year 2. A refundable security deposit of INR 15,000 is collected in addition. Students who want residential accommodation can choose an AC single or AC double room in the boys or girls hostel for 2026-27, at INR 2,10,000 or INR 1,40,000 per year respectively, with a refundable deposit of INR 10,000. Financial assistance is available for eligible candidates through merit and need-based scholarships.
