The healthcare and digital tracks perform close to the flagship MBA, which shows demand for specialised talent. Earlier batches also posted a 100% record: the 2022-24 batch of 266 students saw a top-25% average of INR 18.2 lakh and BFSI contributing about 36% of offers, while the 2019-21 batch recorded an average CTC of about INR 9.92 lakh with a highest CTC of INR 17.3 lakh.
Top Recruiters
Recruiters have included Accenture, Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra and SAP Labs in consulting and IT services, ICICI Bank, HSBC, IDBI Bank and the National Payments Corporation of India in BFSI, Hindustan Petroleum and L&T in energy and infrastructure, and Dr. Lal PathLabs and Apollo Home Healthcare in healthcare, the last two reflecting the Hospital and Healthcare Management specialisation. Banks such as Axis Bank, HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank have also recruited in earlier seasons.
Summer Internships
The 8 to 10 week Summer Internship Programme between the first and second year is a credit-bearing component and is coordinated by the same Career Development Services team. It gives students corporate exposure, a chance to convert internships into final offers and a first look at the sector they want to work in. The team also publishes annual placement reports so that applicants can compare outcomes across batches.
For applicants, the practical takeaway is that outcomes are consistent across batches. A 100% placement record has been reported repeatedly, and the spread between the top 25%, top 50% and top 75% averages is relatively narrow, which suggests that a good share of the batch, and not only a few top performers, receives competitive offers. Roles are spread across consulting, analytics, banking, operations, marketing and healthcare management, so students can match their specialisation and prior experience to the kind of job they want.
