Placement information for the Noida campus needs careful reading, because IIM Lucknow publishes different levels of detail for different programmes. The institute states on the IPMX page that it does not disclose placement statistics as a matter of policy and that its Career Development Services office at the Noida campus supports placements for non-sponsored IPMX students. IIM Lucknow also keeps separate placement sections for PGP-SM and IPMX, with process guidelines, brochures, reports and recruiting partner lists on its placement pages.

Placements and Careers at IIM Lucknow Noida Campus
For IPMX, the official page lists many industry partners that have engaged with the cohort, including Accenture, Amazon, Deloitte Consulting, Google, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Citi, ICICI Bank, KPMG, Microsoft, PwC, TCS, Wipro, Tata Motors, Mahindra and Mahindra and IKEA. Alumni profiles shared by the institute describe roles in consulting, banking, analytics, technology and operations, and designations such as Vice President, General Manager, Country Head, Principal Consultant and Senior Manager. Because salary figures are not published by the institute for this programme, readers should treat any package numbers seen elsewhere as unofficial.
- IPMX: placement support for non-sponsored students through Career Development Services; statistics not published by the institute
- PGPWE: students are working executives and the page lists no placement service; the programme aims at growth in current careers
- EFPM: the official FAQ states that no placement services are offered; graduates aim at research, teaching and consulting careers
- PGP-SM: placement process pages exist; the programme page itself shows data for the first batch of 2015-17 only
For PGP-SM, the first batch in 2015-17 had 19 students with an average work experience of 4.5 years, and 16 received offers from consulting, energy, financial services and social sector organisations, with consulting firms making half the offers. Summer internship recruiters named by the institute include Mahindra, Tata Sustainability Group, Wipro, PwC, KPMG and Azim Premji Foundation. Later-year numbers are available in the placement reports section of the official website, which candidates should open directly.
Executive education certificates offered with learning partners are skill programmes for working professionals and should not be treated as placement-linked courses unless the programme brochure says so.
When comparing returns, candidates should look at fees on the fees page and the career intent of each programme. Ranking context is on the rankings page. Our recommendation is to request the latest placement report from the relevant programme office, since figures change every year.
