1. Qualify NEET UG. 2. For State Quota (A Category — 85% seats): Register on Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (YSRUHS) counselling portal. 3. For All India Quota (15% seats): Register on MCC portal at mcc.nic.in. 4. For Management/NRI Quota (B/C Category): Apply directly to college. 5. Counselling phases: Phase 1 → Phase 2 (upgrades/non-allotted) → Stray Vacancy Round → Institutional Level Counselling. 6. Report with original documents for verification and medical fitness examination. 7. Documents required: NEET scorecard, 10th/12th marksheets, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, Community Certificate (if applicable), Aadhar, Passport-size photographs, Medical fitness certificate. 8. Bond: B Category (Self-Finance) and C Category (NRI) students must execute applicable bond formats as per college norms.
