The college is managed by the South Kerala Medical Mission under the South Kerala Diocese of the Church of South India (CSI). It is a self-financing Christian minority institution. The Chairman is Rt. Rev. A. Dharmaraj Rasalam and the Principal is Dr. J. Anusha Merline.

Yes. The college offers B.Sc MLT (30 seats), B.Sc Optometry (15 seats), DMLT (30 seats), DOTAT (18 seats), and Radiological Technology / Dialysis Technology diploma programs. Seats are allotted 50:50 between government and management quota, administered by LBS Centre (government quota) and the college (management quota).
