Dr. KNS Memorial Institute of Medical Sciences (KNSMIMS), formerly known as Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS) Barabanki, is a premier private medical college established in 2012 and renamed in memory of the late K. N. Singh. Run by Bodhisatva Charitable Trust, the college is affiliated with Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University (RMLAU), Faizabad (Ayodhya), and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). KNSMIMS is the first institute to have a Trauma Centre in Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
