Cambridge Institute of Technology (CITech), Bangalore, is a premier autonomous private engineering and management institution established in 2007 under the Umesh Education Trust, which was founded in 1964. CITech is a flagship institution of the Cambridge Group of Institutions, Bangalore — a group that has been providing quality education for over four decades through schools, pre-university, and degree colleges. The institute is located on a verdant 16-acre campus near Krishnarajapuram (KR Puram), just 200 metres off Old Madras Road, Bangalore, adjacent to the International Technology Park and Bio-Tech Park, providing an industry-rich academic environment. CITech is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, holds Autonomous status, is approved by AICTE and recognised by UGC, and is accredited by NAAC with 'A+' Grade and NBA for select programmes. It is also ISO 9001:2015 certified. CITech has two campuses: the Main Campus at KR Puram, Bengaluru (established 2007), and the North Campus at Kundana, near Bangalore International Airport (established 2013), spread over a lush 25-acre campus.
