Required Entrance Exams

NEET UG

Eligibility Criteria
10+2 with PCB and English; minimum 50% (General/OBC/EWS) or 40% (SC/ST/PH) in PCB aggregate; NEET-UG qualified; age 17+ as on 31st December of admission year
Admission Process
MBBS admission is via KNRUHS (Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences) Telangana centralized NEET UG counselling. Step 1: Qualify NEET UG. Step 2: Register on KNRUHS counselling portal. Step 3: Document verification. Step 4: Choice filling (select AIMSR Hyderabad for preferred quota). Step 5: Seat allotment in multiple rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up, Stray Vacancy). Step 6: Report to AIMSR Hyderabad with all required documents and DD for fee payment.

Important Notice

All MBBS admissions are through KNRUHS centralized counselling only — no direct admission by AIMSR. Fee categories: Cat A (Govt Quota): Rs.60,000/yr; Cat B (Management Quota): Rs.13,00,000/yr; Cat C (NRI Quota): Rs.26,00,000/yr. Hostel fee (incl. mess): Rs.1,65,000/yr for MBBS. Documents required include NEET scorecard, 10th and 12th certificates, domicile certificate, category certificate, ID proof, passport photos, medical fitness certificate, DD for fees.

MBBS from NMC-recognized institution; NEET-PG qualified; completed 1-year Compulsory Rotating Internship; Telangana State Medical Council or NMC registration
Admission Process
PG (MD/MS) admission is via KNRUHS Telangana centralized NEET PG counselling. Fees are set as per GO.MS.NO. 20, Dated 14.04.2020, Government of Telangana. Step 1: Qualify NEET PG. Step 2: Register on KNRUHS PG counselling portal. Step 3: Document verification. Step 4: Choice filling and seat allotment. Step 5: Report to AIMSR Hyderabad with required documents.

Important Notice

17 MD/MS specialties with total 51 PG seats. Fee categories: Cat A (Govt Quota): Rs.1,70,000–7,50,000/yr depending on specialty; Cat B (Management Quota): Rs.1,70,000–23,00,000/yr; Cat C (NRI Quota): varies by specialty (NA for some). PG hostel fee: Rs.2,00,000/yr (incl. mess). PG stipend details to be verified from AIMSR/KNRUHS directly.
