Chittoor Government District Hospital with 410 teaching beds (taken over in Sep 2015 on a 33-year MoU). Equipped with modern ICU complex, 24×7 Casualty, 6 Operation Theatres, Labour Complex, blood bank, and diagnostic labs of international standard. Covers 21 Medical & Surgical specialties.

19 academic departments including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, General Medicine, Surgery, OBG, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Radiology, Anaesthesia, Dermatology, and Psychiatry.

4 gallery-type lecture halls with seating capacity of 180 students each, located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the college building, equipped with audio-visual aids.

Apollo School of Physiotherapy is located on the same Chittoor campus under AHERF.

Central Library on the 2nd floor, 1,250 sq.m., air-conditioned with browsing centre (40 terminals), OPAC, e-library, journals section, audio-visual room, reading rooms (150-seat student reading room, 75-seat self-reading area). Operational 9 AM–9 PM on working days.

On-campus hostel: Boys – 78 rooms / 234 seats; Girls – 78 rooms / 234 seats; Residents – 32 rooms / 52 seats; Nurses – 18 rooms / 36 seats. Furnished rooms with common bathroom/toilet, 24×7 security, student mess with breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snacks, recreation facilities.
