The Tripura Medical Counselling Committee (TRMCC) has announced the Tripura NEET UG 2026 stray vacancy round for MBBS and BDS admissions. As per the official notification dated October 18, 2026, fresh registration begins today, October 19, at 2:00 PM on the online counselling portal, and choice filling opens tomorrow.
The round is meant to fill seats left after Round 3, and the committee has said the remaining schedule will be published soon.

TRMCC has not yet published the merit list, seat allotment or reporting dates. These are awaiting official confirmation.
Who Can Participate
- Registered candidates of Rounds 1, 2 and 3 who were not allotted any seat
- Candidates who have not registered in earlier rounds and register afresh
- Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3 or already admitted in earlier rounds cannot participate
- No upgradation is available for candidates admitted in earlier rounds
What Candidates Should Know
Registration fee and security deposit remain the same as in earlier rounds, and fresh candidates should read the Information Bulletin before paying. Choices can be modified, deleted or added before final submission, and any choices not locked in time are locked automatically by the system. A candidate who is allotted a seat and does not take admission will forfeit the security deposit, and further action may follow under the rules.
Candidates should complete registration early, since the unlocking, discrepancy and final submission deadlines on October 23 fall at different times.

- Complete fresh registration, or log in if already registered
- Pay the registration fee and security deposit
- Wait for online verification and fix any discrepancy before the deadline
- Fill choices from October 20 and submit before 5:00 PM on October 23
