How to Download the J&K NEET MDS Provisional Selection List

  1. Visit the official JKBOPEE website, jkbopee.gov.in.
  2. Navigate to the NEET MDS Counselling 2026 section.
  3. Look for Notification No. 181-BOPEE of 2026 and its Annexure-A.
  4. Download the provisional selection list PDF.
  5. Search for your name, merit position and NEET MDS rank in the list.
  6. Note the allotted discipline and institution, then proceed to admission formalities.

Reporting and Documents Required

Provisionally selected candidates must report physically at their allotted institution from September 9, 2026, at 11:30 AM, with the final deadline for joining set at September 11, 2026, up to 4:30 PM. Candidates should carry original documents including their BDS degree certificate, registration with the State/UT Dental Council or DCI, internship completion certificate (with internship completed by May 31, 2026), domicile certificate, valid reserved category certificate where applicable, Difficult Area Certificate where applicable, and NEET MDS 2026 scorecard. Candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh should note that their ST certificate will be treated as a domicile certificate, and they are additionally required to submit an undertaking regarding compulsory service in Ladakh after completing the MDS degree.

What Happens If a Candidate Does Not Join

If a provisionally selected candidate fails to join the allotted institution by September 11, 2026, 4:30 PM, the seat will be treated as cancelled, and the candidate will lose any claim over it. Candidates who join and later wish to cancel their admission may submit a cancellation application on or before the same deadline, after which the concerned institution will process the cancellation on the admission portal. Admission granted through the provisional list remains subject to verification, and can be cancelled if any submitted information or document is later found to be false or invalid.
