Kerala KEAM 2026 Second Phase Allotment: MBBS BDS Dates & Option Confirmation
The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has announced the second phase allotment process for MBBS and BDS courses under KEAM 2026. The notification was issued on September 7, 2026, covering State Quota seats in Government Colleges and available seats in Self-Financing Colleges.
The online option confirmation facility opens on September 7, 2026. Candidates who want their higher-order MBBS/BDS options to be considered in the second phase must confirm their options through their CEE Kerala home page. After confirmation, candidates can rearrange higher-order options or delete unwanted courses and colleges until September 11 at 10:00 AM.
The provisional second allotment is scheduled for September 11, followed by the final second-phase allotment on September 12, 2026. Candidates receiving an allotment must pay the applicable fee and join the allotted college between September 14 and September 18, 2026, up to 4:00 PM.
The notification also provides an option-registration facility for NRI Quota seats in self-financing medical and dental colleges. Only candidates included in the NRI Category List published by CEE will be considered for these seats.
Candidates should carefully confirm only those options they are willing to join. CEE has also stated that candidates who fail to take admission within the prescribed deadline may lose their allotment and may not be considered for further centralized allotment.
