Kerala BDS Seat Matrix 2026-27: Azeezia College Gets 100 Seats
The Government of Kerala has approved the BDS seat matrix for Azeezia College of Dental Sciences & Research, Meeyyannoor, Kollam, for the academic year 2026–27. The approval was issued by the Health & Family Welfare Department through G.O.(Ms) No. 256/2026/H&FWD dated September 7, 2026.
According to the government order, Azeezia College of Dental Sciences & Research, identified by college code AZD, has a total approved intake of 100 BDS seats for the 2026–27 academic session.
The approved seat matrix includes 20 Open Community seats and 15 Community seats. The order also provides for 15 All India Quota (AIQ) seats, representing 15% of the total intake. In addition, 50 seats are designated as Government seats according to applicable reservation norms. The approved matrix shows no NRI seats for the college.
The seat matrix is relevant for candidates seeking BDS admission in Kerala through NEET UG 2026 counselling. Candidates should carefully check the applicable quota, category and admission rules before participating in the counselling process.
The government order has been communicated to the Director of Medical Education, Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala University of Health Sciences, Admission Supervisory Committee and the Principal of Azeezia College, among other concerned authorities.
