CENTAC UG NEET Round 2 Counselling 2026: Registration Begins for MBBS, BDS, BAMS & B.V.Sc. & A.H.
The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Puducherry, has opened Round 2 registration and course preference submission for UG NEET-based medical admissions for the academic year 2026-27.
Candidates can participate in Round 2 counselling for MBBS, BDS, BAMS (Ayurveda) and B.V.Sc. & A.H. courses offered by government and self-financing medical, dental and Ayurveda colleges in Puducherry. Registration fee payment and course preference submission are open from September 8 to September 10, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
All candidates registered with CENTAC, including those allotted seats in Round 1 who have joined or not joined, are eligible to participate in Round 2. However, candidates must follow the applicable registration fee rules. Government quota candidates from Puducherry in GE/EWS/OBC/MBC/BCM/BT categories have to pay ₹10,000, while EBC/SC/ST/GSS candidates have to pay ₹5,000. For Management and NRI Quota, the applicable registration fee is ₹2,00,000.
Candidates who joined their Round 1 seat and wish to resign without a forfeiture fee can submit the resignation request through their login dashboard by September 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Importantly, Round 1 course preferences will become null and void. Candidates participating in Round 2 must submit their course preferences afresh. Sliding will be allowed, and candidates are advised to carefully arrange their preferences because no changes will be accepted after the deadline.
