CENTAC UG NEET 2026 – Corrigendum for Extension of Last Date for Round 2 Registration Fee Payment / Withdrawal of Round 1 Admitted Seat
The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Puducherry has issued a corrigendum regarding the extension of the last date for Round 2 payment of registration fee and withdrawal of Round 1 admitted seats for UG NEET-based medical courses.
As per the latest notice dated 11 September 2026, candidates participating in the CENTAC UG NEET 2026 counselling process must complete the required Round 2 registration fee payment within the revised deadline. Candidates who have been admitted to a seat in Round 1 and wish to resign or withdraw from that seat must also submit their withdrawal/resignation request within the prescribed timeline.
The corrigendum specifically changes the deadline mentioned in the press notice published on 10 September 2026. The earlier deadline of 12 September 2026 at 3:00 PM has been revised to 11 September 2026 at 3:00 PM.
Therefore, candidates who need to pay the Round 2 registration fee or withdraw their Round 1 admitted seat should complete the necessary process before 3:00 PM on 11 September 2026. CENTAC has clearly stated that no further request for extension of time will be entertained.
